BILLION MOLECULES AGAINST COVID19 GRANDCHALLENGE

Screen billions of molecules with blocking interactions on SARS-CoV-2, by optimizing/accelerating the use of HPC (High Performance Computing), Dynamic modelling and Artificial Intelligence, and provide experimental validation.
The big goal is to disrupt preclinical drug discovery and ultra-fast-track the route to a therapeutic treatment, which is, with the development of a vaccine, the only exit from the current global crisis.
GREEN HYDROGEN GRANDCHALLENGE

The Green Hydrogen GranChallenge is composed of several Challenges:
(1) Decrease by a factor of X the cost of producing Green Hydrogen.
(2) Decrease by a factor of X the cost of storing Hydrogen
(3) Produce GreenHydrogen without toxic or rare materials
(4) An exciting hydrogen-powered aviation Challenge
The Big Goal is to change the current situation where the 95% of hydrogen is grey hydrogen, produced while emitting carbon.

The Big Goal is to accurately and rapidly identify 95% of deepfake videos (potentially in quasi real time)

Identify the origin of 75% of microplastics in the ocean waters, as recent studies show that most of the micro-plastics enter oceans through rivers and not through degradation in the sea.
The Big Goal is to tackle one of the most important and widespread pollution worldwide.
FACE RECOGNITION GRANDCHALLENGE

Develop a face recognition system without centralized database.
The Big Goal is to benefit from the positive features of this technology (like fighting identity theft) without having to have concentrated - and therefore vulnerable or weaponizable - databases.
